Spoke to a gentleman and was told it would be $85 and hour to service my sprinkler system. The guys found some issues and when they told me I asked them if it was going to cost extra. They said they didn’t know and the office would be calling. Well the office never called and they performed the work. There was no agreed upon extra price. Then I get bill in the mail that was not just the $85/hr. A guy called me back (maybe one of the owner) extremely rude and condescending on the phone and threatened to come onto my property with out my consent and “cap” off the work that they did. Which is

Called on a Monday because I moved into a house where they installed the sprinkler system. I wanted them to do a service check and help explain the system since ‘the book’ was short on details. The pleasant person said ‘I will let our operations staff know and they will get back to you’. By Thursday - no call. ??

Scheduled Elite for service on our irrigation system. Took a day off work to be home for the scheduled appointment, which they cancelled 90 prior because it had rained earlier that day (it stopped raining 4 hours prior to my appointment time) and they gave their employees the day off. Highly unprofessional, avoid at all costs.
