These guys showed up at my house I purchased on 6/30/2020 yesterday 10/27/2020 to install a seal at the bottom of my door or some other, but it was already installed and the service paper was for the previous owner. I told them it wasn't for me and they left. What I didn't realize is they attempted to get in the garage through the keyhole on the door and locked it, and I was clueless as to why the door stopped working and didn't check the locking mechanism, we never check it. I had to pay a service call to another company to just tell me that, luckily there was some maintenance to be done and I
