We had a great time working with Greg to design our lake home. He listened to our wishes and ideas, then expertly crafted those into the floor plan. What we thought would be a challenging experience, was in reality a smooth and exciting process. We are grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Greg, and for having taken on our project, the build has started and we cannot wait to see the finished product.

I highly recommend using Greg! We have used him to design an addition for our current home as well as 2 different lake home plans. He is always available and gets back to us right away. He was really patient with the changes we kept coming up with. Really thankful for his work!!

This was our first time designing and building a home and Greg made it wonderful. He has incredible patience, creativity, and thinks outside the box (not to mention skill). Oftentimes, I thought my husband and I were overthinking spaces, and Greg assured us that thinking through each item with him would pay off. On several occasions, he would draw spaces on his computer program while meeting with us in real time. From our complex fireplace location, window in the stairwell, and achieving a circular flow, Greg got it right on. We highly recommend him, The Hartmans.

I provided Greg with a home design that I had been working on for 3+ years. I had very specific requirements and design goals. I felt my layout was exactly what I wanted, yet I struggled with a few things (mud room/garage entry, powder room location) that I just couldn’t make sense of.
