I had an incredibly poor experience with this company. They charged me fraudulently, behaved incredibly disrespectfully and disregard any rules of customer service. When I inquired about their fraudulent charge, the owner shouted at me on the phone and threatened to file a lien on my property (good luck with that in the absence of an agreement or work authorization). Horrible experience.

Alliance was wonderful. The guys were great and cheerful. They did great work, arrived quickly and worked quickly. They checked everything out and got our septic back up and running great. They were really great about explaining things as they went along and giving us information. We would definitely use them again.

We had the lowest of three leach lines surface and thought the whole field was failing . The owners Kevin and Brian came out and inspected the field and initially thought the leach field had failed also and due to the nature of our property we may have been looking at anywhere from $16k to $34k to replace them!!
Several days later Kevin called and said he would like to check our leach line distribution box for failure. He said its not real common but common enough that it would break down and clog one or more of the leach lines causing the bulk of the waste water to the remaining unaffected line

Alliance was fantastic! We live outside their regular servicing area and still they gave us a great deal on repairing our septic. They came out immediately in the late afternoon and fixed us up. Ian was knowledgeable and helpful. We are thankful that they could get the job done and at a terrific price!
