I scheduled an appoint a month ago with City wide Fence... I received a text 2 days prior to confirm noon appointment on Tuesday May 25th with Brian, owner of City Wide Fence.. We waited until 12:30pm and NO show.. I called office at 1pm (closed from noon to 1pm).. Person apologized..
I then received a TEXT, NOT even a call from Brian stating that due to downtown traffic issues and other lame excuses, He would not provide quote or do the work.. REALLY!!!!!!!!
NOT even a call to discuss..
BTW- I called Brian and discussed his text, NOT Happy!!!!!
Will not recommend them. TERRIBLE customer service

Their web site say's parts and supply's for fence or gate repair, I called today to price some cedar 2X4's I need 4 in total to repair my fence, a woman answers say's she will call the foreman instead of sales which was strange, puts me on hold for a long time guy gets on the line (the foreman I guess), I ask about buying a few cedar 2X4's from him like his web site says and he just very rudely say's I have none to offer, they build and sell wood fences he has no material? liar!!
They won't sell a few boards to a former customer to repair a fence they built?

We got three bids from Alpine, All City and City Wide for an ornamental iron fence. In short, all three companies are distributers of Ameristar "Montage" ornamental iron fencing. Since it is the same product, so why not go with the lowest bid, soonest availability and best BBB rating?
City Wide was the least expensive and all of the yelp and BBB ratings looked good! They were able to book the job only 1 month out which for summertime is pretty good! My POC was Kevin Bailey. (He took the call and came out to measure / email us the bid.) The fence isn't being built until early

If I could give a no star or half star I would. It is surprising that a company this big is so unprofessional. They re schedule a work (that was agreed and confirmed upon three times) at the last minute, and they don't even have the decency to call to re schedule, instead they email. And then they blame us for the miscommunication, which clearly was their fault. The workers were already in front of our house on the day we agreed upon for the work, and then at the last minute, they just leave. If they cant even make that part work, how can we even trust their fence build? I am actually happy that

Our summer project this year was a new fenceand start our back yard up date.
City Wide Fence Company Inc. did the work and couldn't be happier! They were amazing at how hard they worked and how fast they accomplished the job. Their attention to detail is outstanding, right down to cleaning off the sidewalks! The office end of things was attentive and extremely nice to work with too. We would highly recommend you check them out. They may not be the lowest bid, but you get what you pay for and they are well worth it!

Great job by City Wide Fence. I called Bryan and he came out to estimate the replacement of our old worn fence and incorrectly installed gates. He broke the estimate into phases for us so we could fit this into our budget, although we ended up just going for the complete replacement. They did a great job. I had one issue with one of the gates missing a bottom latch to keep it from swinging in the wind, but as soon as I let Bryan know about it he personally came out and took care of the issue.

I conduct RFP’s for a living. After being handed, mind blowing proposals and low balled by others, City Wide was dead smack in the middle. With their no-nonsense approach, itemized proposals and professionalism, I was very comfortable with my decision to go with City Wide. These guys work fast and the results, better than expected! Last week was the second time I had City Wide build a fence on my property. You bet I’ll be calling again next spring. Oh, and the office is easy to work with. (Thanks Kathy) Highly recommend, so don’t was your time with anyone else.

They'll make you wait 2 weeks to schedule an estimate and want to charge your 500 dollars to add a new post for you. I believe that they have many faked customers reviews here hired by them. I thought it was worth waiting to get a quote from them based on the reviews here. It turned out wasting my time.

After reviewing 5 different bids for a pretty long residential fence (400+ feet), we chose City Wide. They were in the middle cost-wise for the ornamental iron product we used and chose them initially based on customer service and start date.
Mike Bukovich & his crew started and completed the exactly as promised. They showed great care to my yard, pets, and inquisitive boys :). They constantly checked to ensure I was happy with the progress etc. They worked extremely hard and left no mess. Most importantly, I couldn't be happier with my new fence!

I have used this company 3 times in the last few years and have found them efficent fencers who do very good work. They have been very accomdating to the need to have a secure yard while installing / replacing old fencing to keep my dogs inside and out of dog jail . Their pricing I find is middle of the road and they do what they say the first time.
