All American Pool-N-Patio

We presumed that because their pool store had such great customer service that their pool cleaning service must be just as exceptional. How wrong we were!!!! We hired their pool cleaning service for over a year and while it started off great a few months in the pool cleaner stopped scrubbing the walls, stopped vacuuming and lied about cleaning our pool filter!!! They ruined our walls after months of neglect and our pool had to be completely drained after they were let go to remove phosphorus stains from the absolute months of neglect due to this company!!!! Very happy with rep Mike who reviewed issue over phone regarding pool lights and resolved simply by suggesting reset a GFCI switch near pump. Other companies I called were ready to send someone to replace bulbs for over $800 when my bulbs were good.

Friendly staff and great neighborhood location. Prices are a little higher than the chains like Leslie's Pool supply, but customer service and willingness to helps makes up for the difference.

Pool service is the WORST!!
It's unfortunate the retail part of the story is connected but separate from the service side. Retail is helpful and knowledgeable. Service side is TERRIBLE.
The pool was crystal clear when when hired this service. After having them for 2 weeks the pool did not look as clean as it was when we cleaned the pool ourselves once a week. Week 3 I inspected the work right after the pool was "cleaned."
Below you will find a check list of what was "done." First the job was incomplete. Cleaning a pool properly requires weekly filter cleaning and vacuuming but this was not done

Awesome shop! Kyle knows his stuff, Not only pool equipment and accessories but he is also a skilled mechanic. I’m a mechanic and I know one when I listen to one. That came in handy when dealing with him on a pump issue. I highly recommend all American pool and patio!

My thanks to All American Pool, especially Mike, for exceptional service at the start of the holiday weekend. Ken always does a great job with our weekly service and left a note that there was a leak at the base of the filter that needed authorization for repair. I didn't have a chance to check it myself until the Friday before the holiday weekend. Good quality company that stands by their work. Came back promptly to fix a problem I thought was connected to an initial service. The first time they charged me for the visit. The second time they didn't charge me. Service was not inexpensive, but I am happy with the work they did.

I have been cleaning and maintaining my parent's pool for about a month, and was having some difficulty with the automatic vacuum. Both of the employees went above and beyond in giving me advice. After speaking with then, it turned out to be a simple fix, but one that I was having trouble finding on the internet. I highly recommend this place, especially if you have zero pool maintenance knowledge like myself.

Based on reviews here, I contacted them for pool service. Could not be more disappointed. Unbelievably sloppy job. Didn’t even get close to getting it clean, then backwashed all sand onto my driveway. Also left a chlorine stain from their bucket on my new pavers. Beware!

I think the pictures speak for themselves. This is right after they did my weekly "cleaning". The circular stain on my pavers is from the chlorine bucket from last week. You'll notice they backwashed right onto my freshly cleaned driveway as well. Totally unprofessional. AVOID!

I purchase all of my pool supplies from here. I tried the Walmart and hardware chemicals and only the chemicals I get from All American have worked exactly as they said they would. I have used their service too and also with great results.

All American has been servicing our swimming pool weekly for several years. As a result, the pool' water is consistently in top shape. Ken has been our serviceman all these years and knows more about pool care than anyone else I know.

Great staff. Always helpful. Store has all of my needs. Pricing is on par with the other chains. Quality over low cost.

We had them come out to give us a quote and were astonished at how expensive the quote was for our pool, at least $40 higher per month than other companies that we used in the past. We threw out the quote and just didn't give it another thought. I let my puppy out in the back yard this evening and when I went to let her inside she was gone. All American Pool N Patio decided to leave our fence open when they left and our pup was gone. Luckily we were able to find her, but that all could have been avoided if they could close a fence.
