HILL-TOP ROOFING was formed by the president, Kirk Hill. Kirk is originally from Ohio; which served as a home base, facilitating his travels around the country, and the world. Between graduating from college, and finally settling in Santa Fe with his new wife, Dawn; Kirk lived in Idaho, Montana, Yellowstone Park, Arizona, Utah, Hawai'i, and New Zealand.
CALL US if you have any problems with leaky roof pipes, air conditioning units, or if you have a gutter that isn't draining were it is supposed to. Our superior products and our application techniques, will ensure that, that leaky pipe, will never leak again. Our products are disigned to stay flexible down to 40 degrees BELOW zero, and they are infinatly strong.
We can restore these roofing systems back to a leak free system, without having to tear off your existing roof and replace it with something else. Tear offs are expensive and messy. We would like to keep your roof in place and simply seal and reinforce every, seam, bolt head, drain, etc. with our superior products, then coat the entire roof surface with one thick coat of our acrylic latex roof coatings.
Butyl Tape instead of fabric and coatings FINALLY - We tie all work together with a thick top coat of our premium coatings. This roofing system comes with a ten year warranty on materials, and a five year labor gaurantee. A ten year "joint warranty" is available through the Conklin Co. We have had great success with this system.
Spray Polyuethane Foam (SPF) is a great insulator and considered to be a very "green" roofing material. But it is the coating over the foam that determines it's life. SPF left un-coated will degrade very quickly in the sun's rays, with-in months. So it is the coating that will determine the ultimate success or failure of a foam roof.
