Professional garage door came by my work and "fixed" our garage door. A few weeks later the door threw a cable and was inoperable for a few days. Professional garage door came back and told the company owner that it was broken due to operator error... they said this to the owner which was also the guy that "broke it" just trying to raise it. Tim came down and was able to find the mistake and fix it within a day. He stated that the track was never fully secured and thats why the cable was messed up. Professional garage doors couldn't even inspect the length of track before blaming others. 10 out

Could not have asked for a better experience start to finish. The office staff was extremely pleasant. They came out very promptly exactly as they said they would. They realigned the door lasers and showed me how to do it if it happens again. 10/10 I highly recommend.
