There are good decent ethical contractors, and then there's Greene and Roth. Had them give me an estimate for a bathroom. Instead of listening to what we wanted to do, he tried to steamroll over us and fully gut the bathroom changing the entire footprint. It was clearly an attempt to squeeze as much money as possible out of the job. Some of his suggestions were completely ridiculous and unnecessary. Left a horrible taste in our mouths and would never use them for anything. They could have had a 30k job but they wanted a 50k job and ended up with nothing.

We just had our master bath remodeled and it was a very positive experience. This was the second bathroom we had done by them and the third job we've used them for overall. Bruce was extremely helpful in helping us choose tile and fixtures that were high quality and didn't break the bank. The installation crew is top notch, they're nice guys, do great work and they left house clean every day. Despite some weather related issues the job was finished within the estimated time frame. We will deinitely be using them again.

I had a great experienced selecting and buying tiles from Green And Roth ! Rick and Heidi were extremely helpful , the deliveries were prompt and the product selection was exceptional. Going in a big chain store can be an overwhelming experience and at this store , I benefited from personal attention and did not feel pushed at any point to buy from them. Eight years later, and I am still fixing the horrible installation job Green And Roth did. I spent a lot money with them. It makes me sick. They have a nice showroom, but that is it.
My bathrooms have had to be ripped apart, and the tile work redone. Water has leaked into my walls, and I have black mold. Greene And Roth should be ashamed of themselves.

I did a bathroom 2 years ago and had a positive experience. I recently stopped back in to start the process of remodeling my kitchen and another bathroom. If you've never been there...you need to stop in, the showroom has been totally transformed. They now carry everything you could possibly think of for your project. From the time I walked in the door I was met by friendly sales people who were only too happy to help. Bruce the owner came to my house for a free estimate and came up with some great ideas that my husband and I had never even thought of, I received an estimate with a layout

We were doing some remodel work in our house. Although our initial meeting in the store was positive and seemed like a good sign, our later experiences from delivery to end was not good at all. This is one of the first negative reviews I have written on Yelp but I felt it my duty to make sure others know of our experience so they can avoid the problems and disappointment we had with this store. Very little value added overall and so many other options out there with good products to buy from. I agree with the other review that was written on this site that it is not a pleasant or trustworthy

I have dealt with the business on a number of previous occasions, and they were helpful and pleasant and did a great job - last time 2000. I returned because I was originally pleased and am redoing my kitchen and wanted a new floor. I have never seen a group of people so unhelpful in my entire life. First they have very few people working there and if you find someone they really have no idea what they sell or do not sell. I saw an item about three weeks that I went back to purchase today and they told me that
