Ultimate Power, Inc., a New York State corporation was founded in 1970 by Joe LoRusso Sr. and Ronald Milano for the purpose of conducting business as a mechanical contractor in the Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Industry. Ultimate Power Inc., is presently operated by second generation owner, Michael LoRusso.
