Warning ! Had doors, sliders and windows put in about a year ago and had issues with the all the sliders, nothing but broken promises to come back and fix them. The workmanship was very shabby and communication was horrible i’m left with ruined doors with holes drilled in the wrong spots and The inserts of the sliders never installed. Yes I know I should’ve never paid in full until everything was done correctly my fault for that but save yourself A huge headache and don’t deal with this company worst communication and broken promises I’ve ever seen. Called, spoke to someone there, made an appointment for the following day. They never showed up. No call nor any form of contact. How can you trust a company to do competent work if they have so little regard for a potential customer?

I contacted Keys Window and Door to update the 40 year-old windows and doors in my Pembroke Pines home. During the initial visit, Steve thoroughly explained my options and what the process would entail. I was so pleased when Steve was also part of the crew that arrived on installation day! The windows and doors were a perfect fit and I couldn't be more satisfied with the contractor's professionalism! My entire house looks great now thanks to Keys Window and Door! John has done 2 projects for me to perfection! First, a rare event in the Keys, he was there the day he said he would be. He discovered a construction problem that was hidden by sheet rock and corrected it, no extra charge. As he finished each window, he cleaned the area perfectly, no broken glass left around like my neighbor experienced with another company. When he was done the price was exactly as quoted! I highly recommend John & his Dad!
