Mark was very helpful in the design process of our master bath remodel. He met with us a couple of times to answer any questions/concerns we had prior to signing contract. He understood what we wanted and had many ideas and suggestions. Mark's crew was prompt, neat and cleaned up every night before leaving. Mark is very meticulous in detail and nothing was overlooked. Mark and his crew were great! They did a big remodel on our kitchen. From start to finish they made sure we were happy and everything was being done to our expectations. The crew was so friendly; my dog loved them! They cleaned up at the end of every work day and made sure whatever we would need to use that night was accessible. They all worked extra long and over the weekend to make sure the kitchen would be usable for Christmas. We love our kitchen and so does everyone who comes over. We can't wait to have Mark come back to do our bathroom. Soon enough!!

Creative Touch did our master bath remodel in August. Mark and his crew were the greatest. They were always on time. There was progress every day, every day was a work day except weekends. Things changed with our design do to our problem with a supplier, but Mark worked with us, got things done and basically in the timeframe quoted us. We’re so happy with the outcome. If we had another remodel project, we’d definitely hire Mark and his company again.

I recently had my kitchen remodeled by Creative Touch. I am so very glad I chose them. They did excellent work. Mark is great to work with. He not only helped me with design (and a few of my mid-project re-designs), but kept me under budget. Mark helped me find the perfect appliances I needed at the lowest prices. His team works efficiently and always cleaned up when they left. And, they always arrived when they said they would. I will definitely be calling them again when I get my bathrooms redone.

We just had Creative Touch do our master bath remodel. Everything was top notch from the initial estimate to the final cleanup. Mark gave us an estimate time line of about 3 weeks. It took a little over 4 weeks and that was only because of our stubbornness to go with a junk shower panel that Mark tried to talk us out of. We ended up having to go with Mark's suggestion which ended up better but it took longer because tile work and plumbing had to be redone. Mark and his crew are great at what they do. We would highly recommend Creative Touch, Inc to anyone who wants great work done.

Mark and his crew installed tile flooring in three areas of my home. Communication was good from quote to completion. They were prompt and courteous. The job was finished on time at the quoted price, and the quality of the work was very good. I would recommend Creative Touch to anyone with a bathroom or kitchen remodel project.

Mark and his team did a fantastic job on our kitchen remodeling project, far exceeding our expectations! He is extremely customer-focused, knowledgeable, honest and creative. He made the process so easy for us, giving us a quote on the spot with everything included, while other companies made us wait almost 2 weeks for outrageous estimates. Mark's rates on the other hand were very reasonable. The quality of the work was excellent with completion happening earlier than I expected! Mark was excellent! He is creative and is willing to assist in the design process of my bathroom remodels. Mark pays attention to detail in every aspect of the job. Mark takes the "extra step" in delivering more than my expectations. The best recommendation would be that I'd hire Mark to do any remodeling project. Kudos and then some for Mark and Creative Touch!
