I had a great experience with Mr. Windows & doors! I had 5 custom floor-to-ceiling windows replaced in my front entry way.
From the beginning of the project with the technician coming to measure my windows, to delivery and installation, to cleanup, everything worked seamlessly.
The installers took great care of my house, inside and out, even when a thundershower blew through and slowed them down a little.
Couldn't be happier with my new windows and I would highly recommend Mr. Windows & Doors.

Windows were manufactured specially to replace seven of my windows. They look great and work perfectly in all their functions. Mr. Windows was punctual in the delivery, Installation personnel were extremely punctual (they actually came a bit earlier) proceeded with care to prevent dirt and protecting parts of the house from damage, installed the seven windows during a morning, and left everything impeccable.

UPDATE: See my screenshot in response to customer support's reply. The quote clearly says, "a division of Mr. Windows".
I requested a quote for a broken window in a door. Their price was more than twice that of the vendor I went with, Katy West Glass, the cheapest, whose overall work I was happy with and would give a 4/5. When I messaged the guy at Mr. Windows that I was waiting on another estimate, he replied, “keep in mind we do price match as well”. In other words, if you’re too lazy to get other quotes, Mr. Windows will take you for what he can. The third vendor I got an estimate from

I had 3 double hung windows installed by Mr. Windows & Doors. Luis C. (General Manager) show true professionalism over the phone in explaining their windows to me before purchasing. During installation, Luis team Frank and his team did an outstanding job in installing the windows and making sure everything is fit right on. After completion, Frank and his team made sure the windows are clean and streak free, cleaned up the area and not leave any trash at the job site. Luis was very friendly and helpful. He brought samples so that we could actually see what they looked like to help us choose the windows that we wanted. The window installers were very professional. They installed our windows in a timely manner, and did an excellent job cleaning up after installing each window. We highly recommend Mr Windows and doors, if you are looking to replace the windows in your home.
