Dave was professional, communications and logistics were prompt. He seems to love what he does and is happy to walk you through as much technical cleaning details as you're interested in learning about. Overall, the carpets came out great, look and smell clean and fresh. The pricing is a little on the higher side but inline with the costs of conducting business in a booming mountain community.

I have used Rocky Mountain Chem Dry for my rental properties for over 10 years. Dave always does a fantastic job. He is very thorough and adds additional services when requested such as sanitizing and pet odor removal. He does an excellent job of removing stains. He makes sure the job gets done when I have a quick turn around between renters. I love that the carpets dry so quickly so my renters can move in sooner.

I have used Dave exclusively for almost 10 years now for carpet and upholstery cleaning at our home, office and in all of our client's homes though our company, Cabin Works. He does amazing work, using a black light to find stains and treat. He is also a pleasure to work with; professional, kind and fair. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Chem Dry!

Zero stars. I asked for Dave to come to my house to clean carpets. We discussed that he would have a long drive from Grand County to my place in Park County. He assured me that he would not price gouge me and that he would charge the same rates as Park County. This was a verbal agreement. He never confirmed that he was coming nor that he came. I thought he blew us off. Then I received a bill.
The normal rate for carpet cleaning in this house is between $250-$300 dollars. Dave charged me $541. I went to the house and couldnt be sure he even came! I protested that this was price gouging

Have used chem dry many times in the past, but not this specific company. The owner seemed very nice, but unfortunately the results were horrible. He showed up 5 days late, and came at 9 pm on a Saturday night (clearly overbooked), then failed to clean the dirtiest room in the house even though I had specifically talked to him about which rooms to clean ahead of time. We lost part of our security deposit due to dirty carpets. Horrible.
