Annual Maintenance. We have a contract of annual maintenance for the water heater and furnace/AC unit. The service only took a short time ...this time and we were given a clean bill of health. This service is included in the maintenance agreement for a small monthly amount. Any additional work is discounted based on the maintenance contract. HIghly recommend.

Tracy came in. Within the allotted time. Even though there was a wreck on the freeway. His company let me know that he would be about 10 minutes late. And he showed up within that window. He did the service on our two heaters. Had a recommendation on a water heater. And also will give me an estimate on insurance related recommendations for Earthquake water shut off and gas shut off. And a couple other items. So he was prompt. Efficient. Kept the area clean. And explained everything he was doing as he was doing it

Turns out that the main sewer line was broken and was leaking pools of sewer underneath the building - that's why it took hours to unclog and I suspect that's why they didn't want to do a camera inspection. It ended up costing us more to fix since we didn't know about it for ~3 more weeks until another plumber came and figured out the issue in 10 min by peeking underneath the building. The plumber was a very nice gentlemen, but what matters is the job and this job was a disaster.

We had a problem with excessively high water pressure coming into the house. The pressure reducing valve was old and was could no longer be adjusted. We had Bragg come out to estimate the job to replace the valve so we could get the pressure down. The estimate they gave was competitive and we scheduled them to go ahead with the work. They arrived on time, maybe a bit before and I think it was Todd and someone else who they sent out. My wife and I decided to spruce up our two bathrooms and up grade to water fall style faucets. We decided to do it ourselves. The fist bathroom went fairly easy. However, when we started on the second bathroom, we found that the prior owner had permanently glued to the sink drain, p-trap and tail piece all the way into the wall, unbelievable! I had Sean of Bragg Plumbing out this week to fix all the leaking outdoor water spigots on my house. It was a simple job, and I was glad to have it done -- on time, quickly, at a reasonable price. I dislike writing negative reviews, but I have called Bragg's to query their service. No answer. I emailed. No answer.
They came to the house a couple of hours after they said they would (no call to let me know they'd be late) and quoted 200+ dollars to replace a plastic part in my toilet, then told me the upstairs toilet needed fixing.
The price seemed wrong, so I called another plumber on a recommendation from a friend (should have done that first). He fixed it, charged less than a quarter of the price for the plastic part, and told me there was nothing wrong with my other toilet

I've used Bragg Plumbing over the past 2 years to install a new furnace and AC.Their work is professional and of the highest quality. Their employees ; Todd on the AC install and Tracy on a recent visit to replace disposal and install new sink fixtures went out of their way to explain things and problem solve. We decided to get a home air conditioning system, and our neighbors highly recommended Bragg. So, we phoned and talked with Carmen; she was pleasant and efficient and quickly set up our appointment. Sean came promptly for our appointment and was extremely knowledgeable (as well as personable).
We decided not to order the system; our furnace was pretty old and Sean agreed that spending the money would not serve us well if our 25-year old furnace died. However, he won our support and appreciation for his honesty and thorough explanation of what was involved in the installation.

Tracy from Bragg Plumbing came to our home this morning to replace two toilet mechanisms and it was a pleasure to work with him. He was on time and took care of the two toilets but was also able to track down a new faucet at a local plumbing supply to replace one that had begun leaking in our garage. We were pleasantly surprised when he returned with the replacement faucet 30 minutes after leaving our home. His pleasant demeanor, professionalism and can do attitude were greatly appreciated. Replacing the leaky garage faucet took away our worries and cares.

Our A/C stopped working during the Labor Day weekend record setting heat wave.
I called on Monday Labor Day and spoke with Tracy who assured me his Company was one of the best, and would take good care of us.
We were able to get a next day appointment our technician was Sean, he arrived in the window of time I was given, he was friendly and took the time to explain what the problem was. He had the part on his service vehicle and replaced it, he then fired up the system and it was working again, what a relief. He walked around and did some testing to be sure all was good.

Too expensive!!! When the technician came to look at my A/C, he knew right away that the problem was the capacitor. I didn't think there was going to be an issue with the cost because I figured a capacitor shouldn't cost that much. He didn't disclose the cost of the part and labor, instead he went ahead and replaced the capacitor. He told me after the fact that it was going cost $448! There is no justification for why I would be charged $379 for the capacitor. I feel that the technician took advantage of the fact that I'm a woman. Shame on you, Bragg Plumbing!!! Never again

This is my second review for Bragg, another 5 stars! Had a back up in our kitchen sink, Carmen got Tracey here right away, the problem was much worse than we thought, Tracy fixed the problem temporarily, Carmen got us fit in to the schedule in the next couple of days! Took off work today for 12 to 1 pm service call with Bragg Pluming.
They didnt show up and didn't answer when I called.
Later on an abusive woman called me back saying they could come hours later and became very hostile and abusive when I said that wouldn't work as I had to get back to work myself. She became irate and screamed insults and horrible language at me before I had to hang up. Don't know what their plumbers are like but the office staff are rude and abusive. Thanks for wasting my day Bragg Pluming.
