Strongly recommend this company. Highly professional, punctual, super skillful, fast, clean, tidy. Nate went above and beyond to help us, he accommodated to our schedule and even popped in a window screen that had not been budgeted without charge. We are so happy with our windows! Chris the owner is awesome! New price for a sliding glass window was 1/2 the cost of everyone else and he was able to hook me up with a perfect used piece even cheaper! Thank you for the great service and I so appreciate your pricing and not having to bust my budget replacing my slider glass.

Would have recommended until no one showed up this morning at 0800. Chris had called 2 times last week but I was not able to answer his call. I called Chris on Monday to schedule for delivery this morning. Apparently he did not write my delivery time down. When I called this morning he argued with me that he did not have my address. He did have my phone number.so it was failure on his part to write down the day, time and address when delivery had been requested. An owner should not be arguing with a customer. All Chris needed to do was ask for the address instead of saying he didn't have it & continue
