A shout out to Jimmy G with Cool Air Solutions and his attentiveness to my system. On the day of the appointment he texted to let me know the expected time of arrival and then again when he was on his way. This was much appreciated as it relieved the stress of waiting for a service call window. Jimmy also took the time to explain my system to… me, show me how to change my filters, and care for my system. He also took the time to discuss the options and price points. First of all, this was the best service from start to finish. I have 2 AC units and 1 needed repair and was leaking Freon R22. It was 18 years old and repaired twice. So decided to interview for a new one. It was a long records for me. I'm not educated on AC units. Ultimately for my upstairs I decided I did not need variable speed. This decision suited my needs and saved me money. Jay was the sales person snd he was wonderful. He was patient with all my questions. I chose a Lenox 2.5. They did not even ask for a deposit! You pay in full after the work is done. This is rare to find anymore

Michael came out to service my AC unit which looked like it never had been serviced in years and wasn't cooling properly since I just bought the house. He went straight to work and when he finished he went over what he did to the unit. It looked like new after a good outside/inside cleaning. He then went over some recommendations that would help in the long run. Great job and professional.

Well! Jorge Cervantes knows air conditioning inside out. We asked him 5,000 questions because we really did not know anything about this system. Jorge explained everything so well and patiently. This helped us to make better decisions for our heating and air conditioning system, such as understanding the need for regular maintenance check-ups and he gave us great advice for when we need to update our system. The cost for fixing our system was very reasonable. We were very happy with Cool Air Solutions Inc and highly recommend their services.

I used Yelp to help me find an a/c vendor as mine was blowing hot air. Yelp gave me 4 options, all of which responded electronically. I started all this Wednesday afternoon, by Friday it was fixed.
Cool Air set a time, showed up on time and talked straight with me and fixed it quickly. Could not be any happier. They treated me right !!!

This review is for the actual Estimate Process & Estimate Only. Would have possibly given 5 stars but the final Estimate took one star away for us.
We were looking to install AC as our house does not have one. We do have a whole house fan use it but time of use is limited to temperature. We wanted to get this for the humidity which has not exceeded a total of 8 weeks out of ain the past 22 years.

We had our annual maintenance checkup today, and our technician Jason was AWESOME. He is definitely customer oriented in all the best ways- he was thorough, identified our problems and gave us options for solutions without making us feel pressured, is clearly knowledgable and even passionate about his field, and is a very personable and friendly person. Easy to call and schedule, and I did not have to wait weeks for an appointment. The tech guys came sooner than expected (good thing) in a company van, wore work uniforms on and acted professionally. Within the hour, they got the problems identified and fixed. However this did not come cheap, and to mitigate the higher than expected bill, the tech did offer me a yearly service plan for a $20.00 @month. It covered parts and labor and if I recall, included a summer service call to inspect both AC and furnace units. By signing up, got a $100.00 discount on my repair bill. Did not mind paying more

Mike and his team did an excellent job installing a new forced air heater, two new AC units, completed all new duct work, and much more at a reasonable cost. They all worked very hard all day, kept the work areas and our home as clean as possible, putting down tarps, runners, etc. and cleaning up at the end of each day. We highly recommend Approved Air Conditioning and Heating!

I highly recommend Mike and Approved Air. I originally called Mike to install a system I was going to buy online. Mike was one of the only contractors willing to do such an install , but gave me lots of guidance and advice as to why it may not be such a great idea. No hard sell, just information. I will admit I am a shopper, I shopped Mikes price and service and he was by far the best value. Very fair price and excellent service.
Mike spent a great amount of time with me and helped me select a proper system for my situation , much better than what I was going to buy online.

Approved Air Inc is wonderful. Mike, the owner, came out to do the estimate and was very professional. He explained everything in detail that needed to be done. Shortly after the visit, he sent over a contract with the pricing and a description of the work to be completed. Mike and his crew installed furnace, AC, and all new ducting in both my son's and my home. He gave us a good price and a quality job.
