We first contacted Total Home Solutions to find out why our A/C wasn't properly cooling the house, they came out that afternoon and fixed the issue. The cost was very reasonable and didn't feel like they were overcharging for their services.
This week with the cold snap in MN our furnace was having issues with keeping the house warm. Called Troy at Total Home and he had Kevin come out that afternoon. My hot water boiler was shut off mid December (15 degrees outside) in MN because of carbon monoxide levels were high. Waited two days for this company to send someone out. Once they arrived, within 5 minutes the service tech said your boiler is done, you need a new one. Oh by the way we cant put in a new one for at least a week or more. You owe us $130.
Midland came out same day within an hour, diagnosed, recommended new boiler, drained all water from lines so they didnt freeze and burst. They cut out the old boiler, venting and replaced with new all within 24 hours with a 10% veteran discount

Total home Solutions is great to work with. Troy is honest, very responsive and have great work ethics. Prices are reasonable. He helped us save quite a bit of money by telling us our furnace is still in good working condition and only replacing the trouble parts, instead of buying a whole new unit like another company suggested. Every now and then, you're lucky enough to find this one contractor who goes beyond what to expect from a great contractor. Total Home Solutions is that contractor. I needed a new furnace and got a number of great quotes. I went with the contractor who made me feel the most confident and that was Total Home Solutions. Troy answered all my questions thoroughly and then some. He also gave me some terrific price options and was able to schedule me in quickly. Troy and his crew arrived on time, and installed my new furnace, in a rather tight area, in no time and left my furnace area spotless
