Critical: Responsiveness
Did a decent job to begin with, I thought. But they used the wrong vent covers, 'causing major leaks and damage to my house When I called, they said they would try to come out to check. Now, will not return my call or answer my call. Will never recommend them to anyone nor use them again. They have lost a good customer.

Did shoddy workmanship then when I called the owner to come out so I could show him how bad it looked, he never came even though he told me he would!

Paid over $6,000 and the roof he installed has never quit leaking. After much begging and persuasion he has sent someone out three different times to try and patch it instead of installing flashing which is the only way to fix it per another roofer. Now I have several thousand dollars of damage to sheetrock and attic and . Owner wonders why we are… loosing our patience when he won't honor the three year warranty that he gave me on the roof. Should have known he was dishonest when I had to force him into putting the warranty and the date on the contract. Buyer beware for sure!!!!!

My husband works there ! Very nice work and great crew of men !! You need a roof or siding done give them a call for a free estimate , they can beat any price !!
