Back in the summer of 2021 we drove by and saw a Chevy Silverado Trail Boss sitting on the front row of the car lot. My husband said hmm let's stop and take a look. Savannah came out as we were looking and said let me get the keys and you can drive it. We were hooked. She asked what monthly payment we could afford and BAM she made it happen. We purchased our second vehicle from Savanah this week and we couldn't be happier. I messaged her on Thursday and we went on Friday and test drove our 2020 Chevy Malibu. This business doesn’t know the first thing about customer service. Was in the market for a cheaper SUV to pay cash for. Found a Ford Explorer on the site in my range that listed it being located in Dayton. The vehicle was actually still being serviced in Sparta. Had the salesman, who I notified I would be paying cash, request to bring it to Dayton facility. Was told it would probably be at the facility that day or the next. Never heard anything back and called three days later to find out it arrived 30 minutes prior. Was also told that someone was already looking at it to possibly purchase it

Terrible car buying experience. Purchased a new vehicle from this place about a year ago and never received the spare key or the owners manual. Apparently it was supposed to be sent in the mail. Inquired about the spare several different times and they never call back and tell what is going on. Would definitely consider doing business somewhere else because once you've bought they do not care about any issues or concerns you may have after the fact.

If you buy from them and after you get your vehicle and call with a. Question. Don’t worry they want call you back like they say.
If you if buy a Diesel take it somewhere to see if it’s had to programmer on it. Got one and wires were just cut under dash and the emission light came on and when I took it to ford because it still had 80,000 mile warranty. That’s when I find out the wires were cut and was on a different program. Needless to say killed all factory warranty and cost $2,000 to put back factory.

The folks at Dayton Supercenter will do their best to put you in a car that's affordable, clean and in good condition. Ben, Denni and Mitchell all worked with me on my purchase and I'm very pleased with the staff and my car. Honestly I've NEVER heard of a used car retailer that will give you a 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty on a used vehicle. That alone sets them apart. I suggest your go see them and let them put you in a nice used vehicle. Nice work guys!
