Closet Pros

I recently had new cabinets installed in my kitchen. I was not pleased at all with their look until the hardware I purchased from Closet Pros was added. The hardware is high quality and Laura's knowledge and guidance helped me make the right choice. Scott, their installer did a fabulous job! I highly recommend their products and using their installers.

Unreliable. Poor customer service. No follow up or call back. Overpriced. Go elsewhere

Lovely shop, quality products, seasoned owner. Staff needs customer service training.
A few weeks ago I stopped in and purchased 10+ pieces for my new master bedroom renovation project for which I paid +/- $700. I worked with a sales person named Lisa.
Here is a description of my experiences with the staff:
When my order was complete and paid for, I asked Lisa if I could use your bathroom. She said "NO".
I asked again as I did not have my car there and I was waiting on my husband to pick me up.

The initial in-house consult was very impressive - thought at long last I had found the person / company to handle the tricky spaces that needed effective built-ins. Sadly, that's where it stopped. The promised turn-around of one week for a proposed design & quote turned into a month, at which time I asked whether or not my project was worthy - and if not, to say so. Used Closet Pros to do wall display in our retail store. Curt showed up on time to measure, had drawings for us in a very reasonable time and what I think was a very good price for the work involved.
