Since our start in 1975, Flannery has understood what it takes to build quality projects and have developed the necessary trims to provide attractiveness and function for your design.
Flannery Trim offers a number of different trims for exterior wall systems. While the majority of these trims are aluminum extrusions we do manufacture a few in vinyl and various metals. The types of exterior wall systems that we provide products for include exterior plaster/stucco, fiber cement panels, composite siding and soffits/ceilings.
Stucco trim, or plaster trim, is generally used to cover less appealing construction materials, giving a nice, finished look to your home. It can be used around doors, windows, ventilation systems, and more, offering a clean and finished look with style and class. Stucco uses less energy. Stucco is made of a hard cement which creates a hard shell around the part of the home to which it is applied.
Flannery offers a large variety of aluminum trims for fiber cement panels ( FCP ). We manufacture extruded aluminum trims that fit the Hardie 5/16 Hardiepanel and the Allura fiber cement lap siding. Flannery even has trims that fit the 1-1/8 thick Nichiha Illumination architectural wall panels. Our trims for cement panels are compatible with all of the major manufacturers of fiber cement panels and siding.
Choosing the right composite siding trim to get the look you and your customer want is important.
