Ben was incredibly helpful when my dad and I were locked out of our car in the middle of a rest stop. After unsuccessfully searching for the key, and trapped hours away from our destination, a Google search led us to Ben who was located in the area.
Ben kept us consistently in the loop as he called around trying to search for a solution for us. Fortunately, we did find the key 45 minutes later which was dropped at the rest stop. But Ben’s kindness, and willingness to help out in a stressful situation did not go unnoticed.

Jesse was amazing. He was quick, professional and did an amazing job. Ben’s Lock and Key is correct when they say Always Open. I recently had the pleasure of meeting Ben as I needed access to a lockbox for which the keys were misplaced. He was able to meet with me the same day I called him, and in less than five minutes the box was open. Ben is tremendously professional and a pleasure to work with. Unbelievable service. Spectacular! My wife locked the keys and KIDS inside the car... I searched on google for local locksmith. He was there in 2 minutes!! and unlocked the car in 2 seconds!!
