The lady didn't listen to what I was telling her. My card did Not work,, my Bank to me to come here for help.. Told me I couldnt get money from this bank. The lady in the next window had to tell her that I could. When she listen to her, I finely for some of My Money. If I end back in this town, I will get to another bank. Took almost 30 min because she would not listen to what I was told by my bank.

Had a wonderful experience with them. We were first time buyers looking for a mortgage and not knowing what to do. They walked us through the whole process, gave us advices on how to successfully close on a loan and thanks to that our family finally has a home. These people are really willing to help you!

I have to give credit where credit is due and this credit union has employees that have gone above and beyond for myself and my husband. I would like to say a huge THANK YOU to Amber Buys I think you should be recognized for all your hard work and making things possible!! Amber who works in another location (not close to Lansing) also got Nick Herson involved to close our loan and open up a checking account, he was great as well. I would recommend Adventure to anyone and everyone. I hope those two get the appreciation they deserve!!!!

After almost 30 years with what used to be Bell Com Credit Union, then Option 1, my family has moved all of it's banking away from Adventure Credit Union. The customer service has nosedived over the past 3 years, and they went from "caring" to "corporation". They're less flexible than most banks we now work with. ("If you don't have your 4-digit PIN, it doesn't matter what else you know, I can't help you.") You guys need to modernize and get some customer service training for your "Press 6" team. Pulled tens of thousands out of company and personal accounts -- and they never asked why! Truly sad

I have been a member since Bell Com and in all those years, found customer service to be helpful and friendly. Now that online banking is the norm, I dumped Chase and gave them all my business.
ps. I know one of the people who gave them a low score. LOL they made numerous bad choices in life, thus not shocked to see their review.

When time's get tough these people are on your side through it all. They are so humble and understanding it make's me feel a better quality of life knowing people like this still exist. They treat me like I am recognized as a loyal borrower and word's can not express my gratitude for everything this credit union has done for me. If anyone is interested in a loan of any kind, these are the people you want to talk to! I have nothing but good words to say about everyone I have ever met who represent's Adventure credit union.

I have always been very happy banking here, but they really went above and beyond the call of duty recently! They made sure I got my new debit card with my new name, even with all the hurdles they had to overcome! They saw how import it was for me! Big shout-out to everyone that helped, especially Bob!
