Being a Swimming Pool Contractor in this day of Covid caused shortages has to be incredibly challenging. We had a few setbacks along the way to our pool completion but nothing that was in Kaden’s control. When all was done… our pool is fantastic and Kaden and his crew did a great job on our pool and all of the decking around it. He kept his word on his pricing even though many items increased in price substantially as we built the pool. Having a great pool was a big part of our dream when moving here to St. George. Kaden and his crew took on a project that required a lot of work that most pool contractors wouldn’t. He was always honest and took really good care of us considering what happened to our old pool. From excavation, design, and construction of the pool, we couldn’t be more happy with the outcome. His pricing was fair and never took advantage of the situation. Alek’s and the crew were great and very professional. They follow up with issues promptly which is a hard thing to find in this market. I would highly recommend using sure design. Kaden's company was referred to us by a neighbor and I'm glad that we worked with him and his team on the design process all the way to completion. We are happy with the final product which exceeded our initial expectations. We felt we got value/bang for our buck as well. Kaden's a straight shooter and keeps his word and cares about the quality of the final product. Whenever there was an issue, he made it right. I'd recommend him to others looking to do a pool project.

Sure Design built and maintains my neighbors pool. His men are rude and disrespectful. Over the past 6 months, his men park across from my driveway making it very difficult for me to get out. Over and over again, I have to ask them to move their trucks and every time they tell me no or when they are done. I have left multiple messages in for the Owner Kaden of Sure Design and he ignores my complaints. He also ignores our HOA which has informed all the contractors multiple times as well that they are suppose to park up top and not in front of my driveway. I would not recommend this company in way

Kaden is the freaking man!!! He walked us through the whole process for our pool and then helped come up with the perfect design for our space. He kept his word on his commitments and communicated extremely well. Even when things didn't go as planned, Kaden and his guys were extremely responsive and quick to come take care of any questions or concerns we had. All in all we couldn't be more happy with our experience with Sure Design Pools and have recommended them to all our family and friends.

We hired Sure Design Pools to design and build our Swimming Pool for our new home in 2019. They did a great job, came in under budget, and completed the pool within the time frame they had committed to. We have been using it non-stop for a year now, and we have not had problem issues at all to deal with. Our pool and Spa have worked great, and we really enjoy it. Within a month of "completing" our pool, we learned that we had a significant water leak (verified by numerous third-party professionals). Well that was over a year ago and we still have the water leak. Additionally our cover has not worked in months, leaving the pool open all winter. Once it became obvious that the repairs would be major, Sure Design Pools procrastinated and delayed responding to us; they repeatedly claimed they "could not find a leak anywhere."
