Good plumber , however, be careful with his pricing. He will trick you into a high upfront cost that he deducts from the job (thus you feel you need to do the job) Do the following. 1. Do not agree to an hourly job (get an upfront price) 2. Get a price for the entire job worst case scenario. He gave me a fair price for the first part of the job and then when he discovered that the sewer pipe was bad the whole length of the yard down to the road he gave me a high price (at this point he had me because the competition has to bring their equipment to my yard he is already there and he jacks up the

Thanks to this plumber the seller lost a buyer on his property due to the poor workmanship on the job site. He left the yard so totally destroyed, rags on the piping sticking out of the ground and fence post torn out of the ground. His attitude about the entire situation was very cavalier. He was supposed to be the expert about the needs of the municipality concerning dye testing. After the work was completed he didn't know if a new dye test was needed which delayed the closing an entire week more giving the buyer an opportunity to walk. When asked about the issue with the plumbing he contradicted
