Services
Bandera Architecture is a full service award winning design firm. The firm's practice is based on the Southeastern coast of North Carolina in the historic city of Southport. Richard Bandera has been practicing architecture for over twenty-five years and, since 1996, has been the principal of Bandera Architecture, and licensed to practice in North Carolina.
With Bandera Architecture, the architectural process begins with your first meeting with Richard Bandera. He takes the time to listen to you, to understand your vision as well as the functional needs of the project. A comprehensive discussion of your goals, budget, and schedule is necessary before a proposal is submitted and a contract for services is signed.
The Cape Fear Yacht Club commissioned Bandera Architecture in 2004 for design services for their clubhouse. The club has been in existence since 1994 and acquired a parcel within a marina community and a stones throw away from a protected anchorage. In this slide show you'll be able to see how a design is taken through concept and programming into it's final form.
