I ordered a couch and two captain chairs on July 23 2020 i have not received them yet every time i called was told that its behind on getting them made 15 months later its been excuse after excuse he has my deposit of over 4k will not answer my phone calls i want a refund on my deposit

I have attached a couple of photos of the completed sectional Coach Supply Direct installed in the salon of our 44 Tollycraft CMY. My wife and I are very pleased with the work and installation. Josh and his son delivered and installed the unit after removing the old sectional. The covid crisis caused delays both here and at the manufacturer in California but given the circumstances the unit was installed right about when we expected it. All in all the project worked out great with Josh delivering to the Detroit area and installing a great section. MC

I would not advise anyone to use this company for ordering any custom yacht furniture. I placed and order at the beginning of December and they placed my order at the end of February! Took my down payment and lied the whole time. Would not return phone calls or emails. BEWARE THIS SELLER.........

We ordered a sleeper sofa from coach supply 9/4/18 and were told it would take 8 to 10 weeks. After numerous phone calls we were told in November that it was probably going to be another 6 to 8 weeks and asked if we wanted to wait or our money back we decided we wanted our money back because we really felt like we were getting the run around after many phone calls went unanswered. We were then told the money would be back in our account the next day. As of today January 15, 2019 we still have not been refunded our money. The place deserves a zero star but that was not available. I would not recommend

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Our company had ordered 2 seats back on 8/27/18. We were told by Josh that we had to pay a deposit since we were custom ordering. We did via credit card. We then paid the balance. We were told that the seats would be delivered to us on 11/9/18. Almost 1 year later, we still do not have a refund NOR the seats. We cannot get them to answer the phone, return voicemails or answer emails concerning a refund. Do NOT give them your business as they will not deliver and this company is a SCAM!
