I had hired another company last Oct 2021 to install new irrigation, bring fill dirt in for wash away, install sod and new plants. It was a 1 or 2 wk job only. I had nothing but issues with them from the start. We had no clue even when they were going to show up. What they even did during the 3 months was below par. After 3 months of unknown and unprofessional treatment I had enough and fired them Tuesday January 4th. I called Tyrone Davis around 9am on the 4th and he came out to see what needs to be done. After talking with my wife I decided to hire his company. His team showed up Thursday 6th

We had our front driveway regraveled, walkway widened, pavers lined on drive and walk, and beds cleaned and remulched. They were here promptly working every day, even in the rain and did a beautiful job! This is a hardworking group of guys that do everything manually. They even spread gravel manually! Old time shovels and wheelbarrows! A pleasant surprise without having a bunch of equipment tear up your yard. Pleasant, easy to work with, aim to please, pricing reasonable! Highly recommend!

Tyron and team have cared for my lawn, well, sprinkler system for about four years. “Reliable” properly describes their business. I’ve found them always responsive, prompt, attention to detail, great communicators, in good happy moods, and very patient. I’m an older retired military lady and consider their team family. On June 5th Tyrone Davis of Reliable Services LLC completed installing (12,500) sq Ft of Centipede Grass Sod from North Florida Sod Farm in Clarksville. There was no apparent weed or fertilizer treatment provided while the top of the former yard was scrapped & removed. It was evident during the install that some of the pallets were yellow with visible weeds. We asked that it not be used & were advised that was normal & it would recover when watered. Reliable inspected the lawn sprinkler system, replacing a number of sprinkler heads & setting the system to water twice every night thereafter. However

Reliable is right, "Its what they do". The guys remove my old grass (weeds), replaced my damaged irrigation system, added fill dirt, re leveled everything, and laid new sod. They showed up all day, everyday until the work was finished. They cleaned up after themselves. They even gave advice on how to maintain everything. So far my lawn looks excellent. I am very happy. I would not hesitate to use them again.

The team was wonderfully pleasant & created a beautiful garden oasis with pavers & a fire pit. Also had sprinklers installed. From quote to completion was less than 1 month. Had some minor design issues, but it all turned out beautifully. Very responsive, just clearly communicate wants.

It looks as if old mulch was used on my yard..as it was faded from day one. It was laid so thin that you can see the plastic underneath. I called Tryone and he said they'll come fix it. That was 2 months ago and I haven't heard from him since. Now I have to buy more mulch and put it down myself. Oh well lesson learned!!!! Don't use this lawn service. They should change their name to UNRELIABLE Services LLC.

Had a sprinkler system installed. They were done in about a day (front only), and they did an excellent job. Covered the lines up and cleaned up our flower garden very well. I would definitely recommend. Would've done the system myself, but don't have enough knowledge. Looking forward to a nice lawn and flower garden that doesn't require me to drag hoses and sprinklers around everyday. Thanks for the great job. 😁👍
