Gerald "Jerry" Ward, AIA, founded Ward Architecture PLLC in 2009. Ward Architecture was founded with the principles of designing for the client, now and for the future.
New medical office buildings in Northeast Tarrant County: An overall master site plan was developed for 3 phases for office and medical office use. The plan provided for a cohesive design and site design including streetscape, retaining wall, landscape, parking, and signage. Phase 1 was a 15,900 square foot structure, steel frame construction with masonry and articulation to meet rigid city architectural standards.
Architectural design for extensive renovations of the venue on Stemmons Freeway over a period of several years. Renovations include relocation of two bar areas in the great room, lighting updates, and Knight's locker room remodel and increase. Design services were also provided for a storage space and breakroom addition on the property.
