Noticed they kept skipping weeks of service. He just stopped working in August with no notice, or communication. I texted him several times about it and no response. I finally had enough and said, I'll find someone else. Furthermore I paid in advance, and he hasn't refunded us yet for services not rendered. Very bad business practice. I don't care how busy you are... you must do your job if you agree to do it.

Agreed to pool service. Lewis came once to clean. On second visit, he stated that he needed a part for sweep and would return in a few days to clean. He never returned. Called him....he did not return call. He never returned or called.Still has our key. New pool service has the pool spotless without replacing any parts to sweep!
