Bought my system in 2017, went down in 2019 had to chase Alternate Energy to come fix it for over a month. System is down again in 2020, been chasing them now for two months. Still haven't come to look at it. Just spoke to him by phone and all I got was yup we will get there. I would not buy from them again. Very unhappy with them.
