Services
Aqua Bright Pool Service is a full service company. When you are quoted a price, it includes standard chemicals, backwashing of the filter as needed, emptying the skimmer baskets, pump baskets and cleaner bag. We will also brush the raised flat surfaces, vacuum the pool as needed and leave a door hanger letting you know we were there.

We had the full service pool cleaning and maintenance. Multiple times I had to call and remind them to leaf eat the pool. Way over priced for just sweeping down the sides and putting tabs in the skimmer. I gave them 2 stars instead of one because they did come out when we had an algae issue and tried to clear it up.
As far as a regular maintenance service... you are better off buying your own tabs and sweeping once a week. Same result.

This is my first negative review of a company and it gives me no pleasure to do so. I was a ten year customer of Aqua Bright and they have some excellent employees. Their pool equipment repairman James is the best and their office manager Laurie, has always been a pleasure to work with. If asked a year ago, I would have given Aqua Bright 5 stars. Unfortunately, the past few months, the unreliability of the pool technician has soured me. The pool technician has another job as a fireman in a neighboring city. Worst customer service in the history of customer service.
Our pool has been green for darn near 2 years. There explanation was we weren't brushing enough. So we upgraded to the top package that included brushing. They came and did our service, guess what, didn't brush. You could see the algae on the sides. So I called the office and told them they didn't brush our pool. Her response was " did you see them not brush your pool, or are you assuming?"
Um guess what? You're fired!
New pool guy came out, and he said our chemicals were WAY off!!!!! This is what you have

I signed up for bi-weekly pool service which is what made sense for my budget as a single mom. At the point of sign up, there was no indication that the bi-weekly service was to ever change or end as well as they advertised it. My bill drastically changed (which they require auto debit) and they said that starting at this time of year they no longer offer bi-weekly services. We used them for 2 years. In the last 8 months we have experienced so many issues with the quality of the service to our pool that we decided to go with another company. The new company came today which our day that Aqua Bright would come out. Come to find out the tech that has been servicing our pool had messed with the setting to our pool and it was not running properly. Aqua Bright Pool services has been one of the best companies I have worked with. The customer service here, especially Chris, are amazing at answering questions and doing immediate house calls - they even teach pool school. They really go out of there way to make sure you are completely satisfied with their service and are always there to help in any way that they can. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We've used Aqua Bright for our weekly pool service for over 2 years and couldn't be happier with the service. Chris and his team are always on hand of answer (sometimes random!) questions and for repairs. They also walk you through everything so you understand what could otherwise be very complicated and are very responsive. Can't recommend them enough.

Horrible service and company. Today I caught the pool tech not checking my pool for chemicals. When confronted, he told me that he only "checks chemical every other week" when I was paying to have it checked weekly. Laurie the owner didn't believe my compliant because the pool tech gave her another story. So dishonest. I'm glad I caught him.

I was referred to Chris at Aqua Bright from a good friend. Aqua Bright did all the re-plastering for my friend and it look amazing. I decided to use Chris for both of my pools. One of them in particular was left looking like a swamp by rental tenants. Once we were able to evict them and got the house back, Chris and his team came in, did a drain and acid wash as well as re-plastered it, it looks brand new. As you can see in the before and after photos. So now we have weekly services done at both our pools. Chris has gone above and beyond for me several times so I highly recommend them!

Guy cleaning the pool has no idea what he is doing. Then when a problem occurs do to their ignorance they try to charge more. Terrible company to deal with due to no organization. They never keep schedules and when they show up for an unscheduled visit and they can't get in to you pool area, they try to charge you more.

Went out of town and if not for the intervention of our neighbor and petsitter, we would have come home to a completely green pool and would be replacing all the water right now. Very disappointed in the service. Communication was also poor. We emailed them several times and our pet sitter called several times and they were totally unresponsive.

We've never had anything but the best service and experience when dealing with them. They are nice, knowledgeable, and understanding! We needed a lot of work suddenly that we couldn't afford and they worked with us to get everything done. They also do not try to rip us off even though we are those bad pool owners that let the pool go during the winter and call wanting it cleaned up ASAP when we are ready for the first swim. They will always be our go to.

The worst experience ever!! Big rip off! Scam Scam Scam. They charge you without doing the service. Each week they lie that they cleaned the pool and leave a slip on your door that they cleaned your pool and actually they did not. Luckily, we were home for the past two cleaning and caught them for their lies! The lady who answers the phone is SO RUDE, she hangs up the phone when we called to report their lies! Stay Away from aqua bright pool services!! I wish yelp would have the no star option!

Terrible customer service. There was no communication between the person servicing your pool and the homeowner. Our pool equipment lost power and they failed to tell us for 1 1/2 weeks (during winter). They do not recommend any services or practices to help keep your pool clean. They hate dogs so if you have any dogs in the yard be careful. We figure our service person must have done something to our dogs because they wouldn't even go near him.
