He graduated from Wentworth Institute of Technology with a Bachelors in Architecture. After years of serving an internship with the construction management firm Solutions, he was hired as a project manager for high-end commercial interior fit-outs in Miami & Tampa Florida. To stay closer with family, Neil returned to Massachusetts & took a job with Gilbane Building Companies as a project superintendant.
Neil founded Empire Design-Build in 2003. He saw the need for a local company that could have a "one stop shop" for design & building services.
