We will waive the diagnostic fee during normal weekday hours, if the repairs are completed at the time of service. Additionally, when you have a maintenance performed with Tri-State A/C Hero, if your unit breaks down within 6 months, you will not be charged a diagnostic fee. My AC wasn't blowing cold at my condo in Bullhead City. I called Tri State and made an appointment for when I would be in town. The tech made sure I made it into town and arrived shortly after, right on time. The previous owner had replaced the capacitor a few months ago so they told me it was still under warranty so I only had to pay for the service call, no parts. They also gave me a 10% veteran discount. They fixed the AC in under 30 minutes. Great service great price.

We had a New Unit Installed at Our Home in Havasu Lake. Angel and Robert were the guys who did the installation on a day when it was 110...crazy hot!! They were professional and answered all our questions , just all around nice guys!!! Thank You Guys for a Job WELL DONE! Very professional from the first phone call. We are new customers of Tri-State A/C Hero and from the beginning we were treated as loyal customers. We received service within hours of our call for help. Every employee we met was kind and polite. This company shows its quality because the employees are happy. Awesome service! I called Rusty and his tech Daniel was onsite within just a few hours. I purchased the Nest thermostat and installed it myself, however I was missing a wire. He explained it would be an easy fix and would have it running in no time. Tri-State has great customer service and reliable.

Daniel came out and fixed our problem with the utmost professionalism and courtesy! He gave us some advice on buying a portable unit for emergencies, checked to make sure we were getting cool air and went on to his next service call. I've dealt with many HVAC companies and there are definitely some better than others... this is one of the best I've interacted with.

Rusty was very prompt to come out and take care of my broken HVAC a few months ago. I really appreciate that he went and got a huge, industrial fan to plug into my unit until the new fan came in next morning at which time a service tech came right out and installed it. Excellent service and the price seemed fair.
The reason I docked a star was because they made it a real hassle to pay them! I know, weird right? They do take credit cards (good thing, HVAC repairs not cheap) but the tech wanted me to pay cash saying his cc reader wasn't working right. No, I wanted to pay with cc so I told him

YES finally a reliable company.
I called yesterday Sunday YES Sunday and was able to make an appointment for today.
I live in LA and have to get back,the lovely lady who booked my appointment could not have been nicer.
I had a time line and the technician was there before . I got a text he was in route and he was there 10 minutes later

I have a second home in Bullhead City. When I arrived after not being here for a few weeks, my A/C was beyond dead (on a 107 degree weekend) Rusty came over that morning and did an evaluation. We discussed options and I decided it was time for a complete system replacement. There were zero high pressure sales tactics. He gave me a great price. He and his techs did a great job and I couldn't be happier. He knows his business and goes above and beyond to make his customer happy.

I was in a serious pinch, my air went out on my rental the day prior to new tenants showing up. This is a hot time of year and everyone is super busy.
Tri-State was sympathetic to my needs and got a service tech out that night ( I am sure it was overtime ) they repaired our service and we were back up and running. Happy Times!!!
The next day the air failed again =( talk about stress we were losing time and potential tenants. I called Tri-State again they sent a tech out as soon as they could that day and replaced the fan motor.
When the bill came they deducted the amount from the previous day

Rusty & Tri- State are AWESOME!
Our air conditioner stopped working when it was 113 degrees outside on a Friday!! NOT ideal. We called Tri-State A/C around 10:00 AM and Rusty told us he had 8 appointments ahead of us but he would get to us by the end of the day. True to his word he showed up and within 15 minutes diagnosed the problem (a burned out Capacitor) and he had it replaced and working in no time. We were SO THANKFUL!!!
But on top of the quality service, we found out that Rusty could of said "no" and simply scheduled us for Monday morning because he was actually late meeting

Friendly service at what seemed to me to be a fair price. Be sure to read the Yelp info for Rusty's "specialty. "
Jim came out to fix my furnace and was professional, willing to explain what he did, and he was cheerful as well, which is not always the case with heat and air guys. I would absolutely use them again.
One star off, however, because there was no confirmation and no call to let me know they would be late. It is good they are busy and I don't mind waiting, but I expect better communication in scheduling.

My AC was struggling to keep our home temperature below 80 degrees. The daytime temperature has been above 110 degrees here for many weeks. Tri-State AC Hero technician Alberto a technician came out for the service call at the appointment time. He first checked the outside condenser to make sure it was working and the Freon level were good. He was able to pinpoint that the problem was the blower in the garage was not pushing enough airflow into the house. In inspecting the blower compartment he discovered that the top and bottom installation has collapsed onto the blower that was causing the blockage
