We couldn’t be happier with our ProMoversPlus experience.. We were informed about details by Shelly; Martin and James loaded our furniture and delivered it to our storage unit at our new destination. These two were courteous, helpful and hardworking .
Best of all they were friendly and personable.

I highly recommend Pro Movers. Alicia was very helpful with scheduling, rescheduling, and confirming our appointment. Martin and James were on time, very efficient, and careful. Their rate was competitive, and their travel charge for going from Llano to Burnet was one-tenth what the other movers wanted. The initial estimate was the final cost, no surprises.

Not just the worst moving experiences, one of the worst customer experiences I have ever had. Pro Movers, after being scheduled for two weeks, showed up and then ABORTED THE MOVE, citing a confused list of excuses including potential weather, working late the day before, and having a large upcoming move. My elderly parents were already at their new home awaiting the arrival of their belongings and all of our team had taken the weekend off to assist.
Fortunately we were able to find professional movers to assist us on short notice and complete the move.
Buyer beware, the above statement is truthful

Wow, but not in a good way! If I could give zero stars I would. We hired this company in advance to move my elderly parents (87 and 81) from Granite Shoals to The Woodlands in Houston. We should have known there would be a problem from the get go. First, they got lost on the way to the house. Then only two showed for the job when we hired three. The discount for one less mover....$10 (seriously). Since we had flown in from GA and driven in from Dallas, we still moved forward with the paperwork. They walked through the home and said it should be an easy load.

ZERO STARS FOR THIS UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!! Made our move the absolute worst experience in the world!!! Do yourself a favor & hire Tommy Leach with Mayday Movers instead! He was awesome, more affordable, so nice and didn't have a bad attitude like Shelly's guy Carlos. Tommy came to the rescue when Shelly & her team left us high and dry by canceling our move mid-move and driving off because it was too slippery in the rain (it only rained for the next 45 mins and then sun came out). Shelly (owner/operator) is very professional as well as personable over the phone. When she showed up to my home, she looked like a business model from Vogue. She was even more personable than on the phone. She did a walk through with me, got Zach and the boys lined out, and left to check on another customer. She said she would come back and did. Just used Pro Movers last weekend in Marble Falls for our lake house and would definitely recommend them! Did a great job and was very friendly. I'm amazed at how much they were able to get into our storage units... Very hard workers and treated our furniture with care.
