I had 11 windows installed within 2 days. The crew was extremely proficient, efficient and professional. They cleaned up as they went and above and beyond when it came to friendliness. I recommend El Paso Window Co to everyone looking to install replacement windows at an affordable cost. After the windows and doors are installed you will never hear from them again. Over the last 3 years I have called them about problems many time, they have NEVER returned a phone call. I have now been waiting 2 months for a replacement part on a door. When I do get to talk to O.. he just says "they said they were sending it". This goes on week after week. There is zero customer service. Use ANYONE else.
