I called in the evening because my furnace quit working. Within the hour Dustin was at my home, knew what was wrong and had the blower motor out. He was friendly, courteous and explained the problem in detail. He made sure that I had 2 heaters in my home to keep warm because my part had to be ordered. He came today to install my motor and again was very polite and respectful. My furnace is working wonderfully! I will call Specialized Mechanical again! They will be my new maintenance people as well as any other electrical issues that I need completed. I highly recommend!!!

We originally chose this company due to their reputation. We had two new hvac systems installed. What should have been a smooth process took over 5 weeks to complete. Our new hard floors got ruined and scratched when they enlarged the attic opening and their solution was to color in the scratches, some which were deep. Then came the weeks of dirt throughout the entire house while everything was left open upstairs. The ductwork both upstairs and in the basement were not connected correctly. We paid extra for new ductwork in the basement and it still isn’t connected right.. Another piece just fell

Dustin Maverick did an outstanding job. He knows what he is doing and is top notch. I would recommend this buisness to anyone who wants an exceptional service at a great price. I had an emergency with my furnace not working and as a bird parent I have to keep my place warm. They came within 2 hours on a friday night after 5pm and saved me and my birds from impeding doom. I cannot be more greatful for feeling relief from the situation.

Dustin was punctual, cordial, and took the time to explain the issues requiring repair on the HVAC. He was able to do the repairs for less than the quote and really educated me on why keeping all the vents open is important (95% of mine were closed). I will definitely go with Specialized Mechanical again for any maintenance and repairs needed on our HVAC System!!

The guys who work with this company were so great! Chris got a hold of me right away to get our hvac system installed. The team who came in to install were great as well! They were polite professional and knowledgeable. Ironically my water heater had gone out as well so they were able to help us get that installed immediately! They were all so great. The communication was great and they business all together was very good. Will be calling them for anything else we might need.

Specialized mechanical offers extremely poor service. They came out to provide me a quote for some work and told me they would get the quote to me next week. Unfortunately, they never got with me next week. I had to follow up with them a couple times and finally was transferred to someone named Chris. Chris informed me that they wanted to pass on the job and if I did want them to do the work they would be billing me for labor and material. He said the hourly rate was $65 and would not give me any information on the material markup. I tried to get additional information on how long the work might

I had them install a new Lennox propane furnace and heat pump in November 2018 after our old furnace failed and couldn’t be repaired. Chris bent over backwards to provide multiple replacement options, and Robert the installer did an excellent job putting it in. They even stayed late on a Friday night to finish it up so we would have heat for that… weekend. We couldn’t be happier with our new equipment, and it is way more efficient than our old system. Overall they went above and beyond in their customer service and I would recommend them to anyone.

Just had an entire hvac system installed including duct work from scratch. As I was not here for it my wife was more hen pleased. Said the two installers were very polite and respectful. They did an amazing job and finished just in time for the snow. They are a great company and I plan on reviewing again once we get some good use out of it all. I have had excellent service. Bought a New Gas Furnace from this company. My heating bill for last 15 yrs has been well over 500.00 a month. Now my bill has never gone over 179.00 a month. I have used them for… other jobs. The service men who come out are very friendly and do a great job. I will continue to use this company . Prices are fair. They care about their customers.
