After the homeowner sends an inquiry to us for building an ADU, we call you and visit the property. We evaluate the work and discuss the scope as per your budget. When the scope is finalized, we work with you to design a plan and the style for the construction. We sign a contract with you. We accept an initial deposit.

We custom design and develop the Accessory Dwelling Unit (ADU) exactly as per your choice. Garage Conversion - A conversion of an existing garage or structure that includes full amenities. Detached ADU - A separate, exterior, stand-alone structure on the main home's property, like a cottage. Attached ADU - An addition, attached to the primary dwelling that includes full amenities.Interior ADU - A converted existing, interior space within the primary dwelling, usually in the attic or basement.
