We did NOT like working with them. They said they’d be here a certain date and time and then didn’t show up. Came the next day or day after without calling to confirm. It was a huge waste of time. Also, when I called to cancel I explicitly said I wanted to cancel everything and they didn’t. I got a call from them that they were at the door for our annual inspection when we’d already hired another firm all because they don’t listen. Huge thumbs down. Should have listened to the recs when we moved in. They speak highly of American Termite and Pest Control and that’s who we’re using

They started out great. The technician came out twice and put his stuff down and scheduled the next week follow up and we waited.. and waited. Two weeks went by so I gave them a call. The tech came out the next day. He did his thing and told me he would be back the next week. So again my family and I waited and waited. At that point I'd finally had enough. So I called and explained the problem and that I no longer wanted service to with them and that I wanted a partial (1/2) refund because the problem was halfway addressed.
So here I am again, waiting on them.
