Precision Walls, Inc. is a 100% employee-owned commercial construction company headquartered in Cary, North Carolina. Our company was founded by Loy and Elizabeth Allen in 1977 and is currently under the direction of their son, Brian Allen.

Worse place I've ever worked. If you're not part of their click they consider you full of drama and non-productive. Worse leadership in my 30 year career especially the manager! Ooooeeeeee run for your life, trust me you don't want to work there not to mention the cackling and gossiping hens that work there! Unfortunatly leadership endorses that behavior. They can't and won't recognize something good when they see it! I gave a one star because there was nothing lower to give. Save yourself from the drama THEY SAY OTHERS BRING BUT CAN'T SEE ITS THEM ALL ALONG!

I have worked with this company about 20 plus years like all businesses and people in general....everyone has there ups and downs but Precision Walls Inc has done a lot for its employees.... all they ask for is good working people.....always opportunities for growth you just got to want it and go after it.....

Worked as a job supervisor at this company. One of the reasons I left is because the management threatened me with firing me if I didn't hire the cheaper paid, illegal people that were willing to accept lower pay to do the same work of legal citizens who were qualified for the available jobs. I had plenty of American citizens who were skilled and qualified to do the drywall work, but I wasn't allowed to hire them. The management told me that I had to hire the illegal workers instead to save money, which made more money for the ownership family and the management. This company represents the worst

I purchased a new home from Pulte, and Precision Walls was the contractor to fix and paint the wall cracks by the warranty service. The painting job initially was estimated to finish by 2pm. But the painter said it would finish between 6-7pm. I had to step out at 3pm to send my daughter to a doctor appointment for a couple of hours, and when I came back at 5pm, I was shocked to see the painter left without finishing his job, and he also broke 3 of my window headrains. I asked Pulte to get them back, and the Pulte service manager gave me a stupid reason that I was not supposed to be away. Precision
