I can’t say enough good things about A-1 Septic Services. I have a residential septic tank and there was an odor in my laundry room. I called 5 or 6 plumbers and septic service companies to help me and no one would. I was stressed and thought I no one would help me. A-1 was the first company to actually go into my crawl space, find the pipe that was leaking and repair the pipe. No more smell! I’m so grateful for Max and his willingness to help me and my family! Would recommend these guys to anyone needing repair, service, install or even something as simple as a tank evacuation. I say that because they’ve done it all for me in the past. No matter who they send out to do which ever task needed, they’re always friendly and helpful . exactly what you would expect from a family run and operated business!

Both gentlemen showed up on time and were very professional. My job might have been harder than most but they kept going and got it done, I'm very happy with their performance . Phil was very helpful. He tried to help out with our problem. I would have gave a tip but wasn't sure if it was aloud . I was also wondering if Phil was single. I know that's not very business like. But I found him to be very attractive. I loved his attitude. Very nice.

I usually don't write reviews. I had to because I have been working with technicians and contractors for a while and to me energy, vibe and a good attitude is important. I don't want to spend my money or have anyone near or in my home who has a bad vibe. When the technician Philip came up to me, I was greeted with this huge smile and great energy. His good mood became contagious. He allowed me to watch him do his job and ask as many questions as I wanted. We have been using A1 septic for many years and our experience has always been a pleasant one. The new owner took the time to answer my questions and actually explain what was going on in my aged septic
system. NOTE TO SELF: BABY WIPES ARE NOT SEPTIC SAFE!!!!!!! All work was completed just as promised and workers respected my Covid fears by wearing PPE'S I received 4 quotes from other Plumbing companies however A1 septic was the only one who came out immediately. VERY REASONABLY priced $$
They made me feel like they genuinely appreciated my business. I'm sure I will be using A1 for

Run away!!! They did an inspection and supposedly a clean out 2/2/18 and come to find out, it WAS NEVER DONE! Now I have to buy a whole new system. They gave me a fraudulent report. The owner Daniel says he won't even reimburse me for a pump and my inspection fees that I paid A1. I've had 3 contractors tell me including the owner of A 1 say there is no way it was inspected. My report was clear and now I'm spending 7k for a whole new system. Thanks for the bogus report. I would've negotiated a new septic in escrow. Your company cannot be TRUSTED Daniel , who is the owner, claims

Don't hire these crooks! We used this company ten years ago, so we called them when we needed service again recently. We're in a remote area, so we didn't balk too much when they quoted $850 for the service. We called on a Friday with an emergency, but they couldn't fit us in until the following week, so we muddled through over the weekend. Just hours before they were supposed to arrive, they jacked up the price to $1400! We found another company in Patterson (Salinas Portables) who came out and did the job for $500, and were very conscientious and professional.
