Sun kist pools sent me an invoice for services never rendered. when i called the company to ask them to waive the charges i got a lecture from a rude young man. he claimed he was trying to provide good customer service but what he actually did was dismiss his potential customer's concerns and implied that i was not a "fair and right" person.
