In 1967, Augusta, GA native Jim Felton formed his first company in the Southeast bringing a variety of new products aimed at easing and reducing the cost of traditional home remodeling. Ronnie and Jordan replaced and added ne gutters to our three-story home (and repaired areas with rotted wood) in an afternoon-- with expertise and efficiency. Every aspect of the job was done well-- great cleanup, willingness to explain everything they had done, with courtesy. Coudn't have asked ofr a better team or job.

After waiting 6 months for my windows, was told 4 of the 11 were ordered wrong. 7 were installed, still waiting on the other 4. What really is of concern is that when you talk to someone in the office, it is like no one has answers to your questions. I ordered doors from them and decided to cancel because of this. I have been calling and leaving messages for over a week trying to get a 3000 refund. One person I spoke with said they absolutely would be calling me back within 24 hours with some information.......you know how that ended. It concerns me how poorly managed this company is giving the

I decided to have southern siding install my gutters. the salesman Stancel gave me the information about the process from start to finish and was very knowledgeable. the crew of Ronnie and Aaron installed my gutters on site clean up the property and we conducted a walk around to ensure the work was done as requested. they did an awesome job. i will recommend this company for service.

Southern Siding & Window Company has provided great service from start to finish. Greg Rhame came out and gave us our quote for the gutter system and gave us some great advice. Every person I spoke with on the phone has been great. Ronnie and Aaron were the installers of the gutters. I received a call at 2 pm that they were on the way and they were done with the installation by 5:30 pm. Our gutters look great and Ronnie and Aaron did a wonderful job. Cleaned up really good behind themselves. Ronnie and Aaron are very professional and should be recognized for their work!!😀😀😀

Rachael Looney sold us our new beautiful windows. She was extremely polite and very friendly. Not condescending or pushy at all! Which is probably the main reason why we chose Southern Siding. I purchased my walk in shower through Southern Siding and Window. When I met with the sales reps, Daniel Cooper and Bill, they were very professional. We worked through what I wanted and they made sure everything was available and perfect. They were so patient because even though I thought I knew what I wanted I did change my mind half way through. Rachel was our representative and was fantastic to work with. We got new windows, gutters, and gutter guards. Price was reasonable and installers were very good. We were replacing windows original to an old house, so it was a hard job. "Pop", as they call him, was hard working and did a great job. We are pleased with the entire process. Highly recommend.

Jeff Graves came out to my house and quoted me price to enclose our back porch into a screened in porch. He gave me referrals to places that I could get sturdy outside fans. Southern siding put gutters all around our house and we couldn’t be happier. Windows were installed with ease, the installers where very professional and polite. They did a great job. Great Customer service. Southern Siding has called several times after the installation to ensure all windows are working properly. They encourage us to call if there is any problem. We had 19 windows installed. The salesman that sold us the windows came by on the day of installation! I can't say enough about this company. We thought we had a crack in one window, they sent someone out to look at and he said we will order a new one to be on the safe side. Less than 4 days later there were 2

Purchased Gutter Guard gutters for our home several years ago and had some issues. They responded and replaced them with new ones. Installers were great and very professional. Some say their prices are high but for me it’s worth it because the company stands behind their products and workmanship. Definitely recommend them!
