I was sure I needed to spend the money for a brand new package system. Scott came out and looked and it and let me know it could be fixed for MUCH less. He could have just let me spend the money on a new system but he was honest and helped a woman on a limited income. This company ROCKS!! Thanks to all of you!! Upstairs unit stopped working late on a Thursday afternoon. I started making calls to various air conditioner repair service companies on Friday morning and everyone was booked until the following week. Fortunately, I called Maynard Refrigeration and a technician (Scott) was going to be in my area and agreed to stop by to take a look at our unit. I called at 11:35am and he was at our house, made the necessary repair and finished by 12:35pm! Great customer service and speedy results! I will definitely be using this company again! A huge thank you to Scott for our remaining indoor cool summer temperatures

Super nice customers service rep answered all my questions over the phone without hesitation (other companies wouldn't provide ANY info or pricing until i paid a tech to come out). She even gave me some good advice to test some things before sending out a tech. Rick the service tech was friendly, honest and very informative. THIS company knows customer service!! A++++ and HIGHLY recommended.
