My whole experience with Preston Thompson’s Carpet & Flooring store was exactly what you want when doing a big project. I had them replace all the carpet on my second floor as well as the stairs before putting my house in Bellevue on the market to sell. Everything from the knowledgeable, friendly help in the store, the fair price, the efficiency and timeliness of both getting an estimate and job completion, to how fabulous it looked after installed, was done with professional excellence! I was able to get my house on the market quickly and for top dollar in part for the beautiful upstairs carpet

I am so impressed with the service I received from Preston Thompson’s Carpet Shop. I had a very difficult timeline because of a cross country move but everyone here made it seem like a piece of cake. I could feel the commitment they had towards me and my projects. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Gail especially was on the top of her game. The office personnel and installers were great about communicating what I could expect and I felt like I could trust them to work even when I was no longer able to be there.
