I didn't know where to start. I needed interior paint in a room with a vaulted ceiling, I also needed new baseboard and casing around my first floor. From the first meeting I realized that they knew exactly what I wanted, from the color to the style. They brought samples for me to approve, and color swatches for the wall to make sure it looked good in my natural light.

He is superior at painting, upgraded cabinetry, molding, corrections in patching dry wall, and more...all my requirements were met to my satisfaction. A very professional and polite contractor. Brian and team painted the exterior of our home and did an incredible job. They were great to work with, from initial concepting and sample testing on brick and wood samples, all the way through to the end of the project. They use top quality materials and have a great eye for detail, really taking pride in their work. They worked very efficiently and finished on time and on budget, with overall reasonable pricing. I would absolutely recommend Threadgill’s Painting to anyone in the Lake County area looking for quality work and great guys to do the job!

Brian and his crew did a great job on our exterior trim, garage doors, and porch. They also did our front door, which looks great. Their pricing was extremely competitive and they finished in a timely manner. His crew was friendly and they all did a good job. Brian is also muscular and has great hair; two more reasons to hire him.

Everything from the estimate to scheduling to payment is easy and straightforward. He shows up when he says he's going to show up, he uses quality product, his crew is quick but thorough, he patches and fixes small things before painting, and best of all he and his crew are friendly people.

RESPONSE: It is a shame that Mr. Threadgill blames everyone but himself. Your work does speak volumes. Just look at the photos I posted of your deplorable work. As far as your booming business, I’m curious as to why you had to file for bankruptcy when your doing so good. Oh, that’s right, when I filed the lawsuit against you and you ignored the court and failed to show up, the court found you liable for the damages to my home and a monetary judgment was ordered against you. As the collection process began, you then filed for bankruptcy so you did not have to pay your creditors. I give you credit

The entire team was friendly and professional. The work they did was professional. All sorts of little details like painting white PVC air vents the house color demonstrated their ability, plus just look at the pic, the house looks great.
Getting a quote was easy, picking paints was easy, arranging the time to do the work was easy, and he came when he said. Then to top it off, he was the low bidder! How does that work? He runs his own shop. He does his own estimates, and he is his own foreman. He works hard and provides a quality product, and takes pride in his company, totally old school. Charged
