I called and left a message & they called back immediately. He gave us trouble-shooting advice over the phone, even before he came out to our house. I wouldn't recommend this company if you need a new garage. The installation process has been a headache with many hiccups along the way and they still wanted to charge us full price. A good company with good customer service should refund the customer a portion of the cost and offer some discount when the company messes up. That was not offered to us and during the process I have had to wait while they fixed the mistakes on their end (ordering incorrect and defective parts). Still in the process of waiting to get our final product. This whole process has taken way too long. We should have

The torsion spring on my garage broke a couple of weeks ago and Garage works was able to come and fix it within a few days. They responded within minutes to my request on Yelp and saved me a lot of effort trying to figure out who could help fix the spring. We used to have a weird garage door.
"Weird" as in being able to tell people who were visiting for the first time they just had to look for the house on top of the hill with the strange, barn-style garage door.
A previous owner of the house installed the door (or had it installed).
Not only did it look bizarre (out of place with our other normal garage door and every other normal garage door in the neighborhood), but it didn't work. The door was so heavy that it was pulling the hinges out of the frame and it dragged along the driveway whenever we tried to open or close it.
