I feel bad for whoever is dating Adam in the sales department bc you can never get ahold of him. They botched the “2-3 week” projected finish date by 2+ months. He texted me once saying we “might get your parts by tomorrow” then didn't respond the next day. Never got any calls back, completely left in the dark. Glass looks good, no complaints there.

Contacted the manager Adam at the end of April regarding a shower that I was replacing. I told him the sizes and said that I wanted a rough Idea of how much one glass panel and one glass door would cost. He gave me the estimate which I found acceptable and I proceeded to replace the shower. For the past several weeks I have been trying to get in touch with him to no avail. I have called the office, and left messages on his cell. He responded to my text saying that he would get in touch with me 'tomorrow'.

Called in with a problem of a sliding glass door being difficult to open. They came out and installed a cover over the bottom track. It was better, but still required significant effort and both hands for a child to open. Total cost $230. Called again 7 months later since it was getting worse. Paid a $100 charge for them to clean it, no real improvement. 6 months later we break the handle because of the force necessary to open and close the door. I take the door off the track and discover the original rollers are still there and the bearings are completely shot. Replaced them myself for $25. Not

I was referred to Shea's Glass from a friend when I had a broken window. I took the window in on my lunch break and they gave me a great estimate within minutes! Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful. They replaced the glass on my window in less than 24 hours. Highly recommend! :)

Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough are what comes to mind regarding my experience dealing with the Shea Glass Company.
I had two mirrors installed in frames that I provided and albeit a minor issue they called to advise me and suggested I see it before they go any further. I appreciate their interest in doing things right. Additionally I had a very large bathroom mirror removed and the two employees they sent were equally friendly, professional, knowledgeable and thorough. Excellent company

I usually don't take the time to write a review whether it was a good or bad experience which is something I need to work on as I think it is an important thing to do.
A few months ago I posted on Gainesville Business Word of Mouth asking for recommendations on a company that repaired sliding glass door rollers as my Mom's doors were getting really hard to open and close. Someone had recommended Shea's Glass Company and I wanted to thank them for that.
I emailed Shea's the Sunday after I got the recommendation and on Monday got an email back from Ruby letting me know about scheduling an appointment
