Services
Le Claire Construction, Inc., can provide an array of services that add beauty and value to your home, such as siding, window replacement, door installation, custom decks and general home repairs. You can count on our professional and courteous staff to meet all of your needs. Over the past 24 years, you've made us the industry remodeling leader for Pinehurst, Southern Pines, Seven Lakes and surrounding Moore County areas.
We have completed a variety of home exterior remodels. We thoroughly inspect the existing structure before making repairs or adding new products. Below is a sampling completed projects. This Pinehurst home received new vinyl board and baton siding, replacing older cedar board and baton. All exterior wood trim and fascia boards were wrapped in PVC coated aluminum.
The owners, new to the Sandhills, wanted to expand the back of the house and add an outdoor living space. They are thrilled with the results! This space was originally dark and one goal of the project was to fill the space with light and open the home up to the lovely outside views. This project required removal of an existing screened-in porch and the addition of a new Carolina Room, porch and deck.
A number of problems can create hazards on outdoor structures. We can evaluate any issues with your dock or deck and plan for repairs that will restore its structure and condition. At this lakefront home on Badin Lake, the owners were ready to replace the boards on the deck and dock, as they were weathered and splitting.
As one of the most expensive rooms to renovate, a bathroom can make or break a deal when buying or selling a home. Homebuyers look for homes that require few updates, which is why a bathroom renovation can make the biggest impact on your resell value. As you get ready to remodel, think about what works for your family, as well as what other homeowners might look for.

Ken Rice, owner of LeClaire Construction, did a great job! We asked Ken to replace our aged vinyl shake siding. He took the time to show us samples, gave us addresses of homes with the samples installed, even arranged for us to talk w/a distributor (yes, I ask a lot of questions!) and also showed us his finished projects. He talked to at least 3 installers to decide who was best for our project, at the best price. He managed all aspects of the project. The work site (our house and yard!) was kept neat as the work was professionally performed. The new vinyl shakes look fantastic. We are extremely
